- Goods must be returned to us in a new, unused and re-saleable condition (including all packaging, tags, manuals and keys). If the goods are not in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the purchase price from the refund amount.
- Any goods returned and have not been organised by online are done so at your own expense and risk. We would recommend using a recorded delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for goods “lost in transit”.
- If a refund is required we will refund you the price of the goods only. We will not refund any delivery charge you may have paid.
- PLEASE NOTE: We will issue a refund when we have received and checked the condition of the goods in question.
- If an exchange is required we will send the new item(s) out once we have received the returned item(s). Any difference in price between the new and old product will be paid by you or refunded by us, depending on market conditions, before your new product is dispatched.
- The return postage is your responsibility for UK residents and orders outside of the UK.
- For your confidence and safety, we will not accept refunds or exchanges for any returning helmet if the item(s) has been worn on a motorcycle or if the visor sticker has been removed.
- If you need to return the goods, please use any recorded delivery service. We will not accept any responsibility for goods “lost in transit”.
- For heavy, bulky or large goods we can arrange the collection for you, at a cost to be paid by you.

If you have seen an item on our website that you can buy cheaper on another UK website, but would prefer to purchase from us you are welcome to submit a price match request to us either via email or the Price Match webpage.
Price match against UK websites who are selling the item in GBP, including postage and packaging
We will price match our products provided our competitor has the exact identical model, colour, size and the item is in stock ready for immediate dispatch with a guaranteed delivery date.
We will not
Price match auction sites, such as ebay, price comparison websites or quotes over the phone or discount codes.
When we price match
We take into account the total cost on the competitor’s website which includes postage costs and VAT.
If you email us make sure you include the part number, name, colour and size description of the item, as well as a link to the website where you have found it cheaper.
Free Delivery
Applies if you spend over £50 with us, delivery is free of charge to any mainland UK address (including IOM and NI, excluding Scottish highlands). In exceptional circumstances additional shipping charges may apply for heavy and oversized items where a flat fee will be charged.
All orders that qualify will be sent by either Royal Mail Recorded signed or Parcelforce depending on the price or weight of the item ordered. i.e high value items will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery but may not be delivered next day, this will depend on stock or availability or if you accept the additional cost to guarantee next day delivery, although the majority of our orders are despatched within 2 days
Standard UK Delivery
For our standard UK Delivery we use Royal Mail Recorded signed for this service, applies to all orders placed online under £49. Using this service we guarantee to deliver within 2-6 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be treated as being placed the next working day.
Express UK Delivery
For our Express UK only delivery service we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is guaranteed delivery before 1pm next business day*. To be eligible for next day delivery orders must be placed on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 12pm noon.

Either call 0845 643 0659 or select the Special Delivery™ Next Day at the time of placing your order. Please note that this service does not apply to orders received Saturday to Sunday or Bank holidays, although the website might give you the option.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS.
1. Unwanted Items. Unused goods which are either unsuitable or have been purchased from moto-performance.co.uk in error may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
2. Faulty or Wrongly Supplied Goods. Goods supplied incorrectly or faulty must be notified within 7 days of receipt by email ([email protected]).
3. How do I request a return?
Once completed you will be emailed with a return number. If needed, we can e-mail a returns label to you. Carefully pack your items in their original packaging. You must enclose proof or purchase - receipt, e-mail confirmation or delivery note. Post securely attach the label provided and drop it off at your local Post Office. Request a free proof or posting receipt.
